I couldn’t wait to join up to Salsa Slims in Spring 2008, I had missed out on a place in the winter 2007 course,
so the minute the flyer came through the letterbox I rang and signed up straight away. From the start I loved it,
I had never had an hour’s exercise where I spent the whole time laughing or smiling. I really enjoyed the dance
aspect of the class, I’ve always liked dancing, but this gave me the opportunity to see how dancing regularly can
be a great source of exercise, as well as enjoyment and fun. I had decided a long time ago that I would always have
chunky calves. I have been astounded since starting Salsa Slims how my legs have changed shape, I now have shapely
legs and feel more confident baring them. By going to Salsa each week, I have found huge motivation to keep fit
throughout the rest of the week, as well as clean up my eating habits, since then I have
lost a significant amount of
weight and have discovered a newer, fitter, more energetic
me. If anyone wants to increase their exercise levels, I can
certainly recommend
they sign up for a Salsa Slims course.
