Courses

El Dorado is the level 3 stage of the Salsa Slims trilogy. You will carry over what you have learned in your previous courses to El Dorado and also introduce faster, more intricate salsa shines. Classes are taught in line formation so there is no need for a partner. As this is a low intensity Cardio workout it is open to adults of all ages and fitness levels (once the previous courses has been completed). You again get your weight loss programme to follow and are eligible to enter Stepping Out's Weight Loss Competition.

For all those who have completed the Salsa Slims trilogy (Beginners, El Segundo & El Dorado), we are delighted to be able to offer you our fantastic follow up course La Fiesta.

Our 'Come Dancing'  course has been designed and choreographed by Stepping Out's Sharon Tinkler and Strictly Come Dancing's Karen hardy. The course is an introuduction to 4 different types of Latin American dance styles - Salsa, Cha Cha, Samba and Jive. You will be taught the steps in both, line formation and partner formation so no partner is required

Stepping Out Kids classes fuse fun and finesse while all the time working to the end of term showcase.You will learn professionally choreographed routines and just as importantly how to deliver a performance.
